**Technical Support Technologist (2 years, 5 days, Office hr, $3000)
**Responsibilities**:

- To provide technical support to run CBR training and exercises within and outside the laboratory.
- Assist the Project Lead to organise CBR-related events such as CBR workshops, meetings and conferences
- Manage IT vendors for the web portal of the Virtual Network of ASEAN CBR Defence Experts, and make technical recommendations for how the web portal could be enhanced. Staff must also upload provided materials regularly to the web portal, and work with the IT vendor to ensure the portal’s smooth running. Organise events such as virtual and physical meetings and an international conference. This would include sourcing for and managing of event organisers; setting up and managing virtual meeting platforms; working with MINDEF/DSO staff to ensure the events meet our requirements; and helping out in the actual running of the events.
- Assist the Team Lead to plan and organise CBR training for Ops users - this includes coordinating with users on the schedule and content of training, coordinating with DSO staff to ensure lab support where necessary, preparing the logistics/materials required for the training, and conducting the training
- Assist in test and evaluation of CBR materials by providing logistics support
- Maintain first aid equipment Assist with the organisation of safety training and drills - this includes coordinating with DSO staff and NUH on the schedule for training/drills, as well as preparing the requisite logistics.

**Requirements**:
Possess Diploma/ Degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Biotechnology

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good laboratory and organization skills
