We are looking for a skilled **AI/ML Engineer **to join our innovative team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven features and contribute to cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to address business challenges.
- Work with large datasets, clean and preprocess data to create training datasets for ML models.
- Develop and deploy AI-based solutions in production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts to create end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
- Continuously monitor model performance and make improvements or adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate them into development processes.
- Contribute to the development of AI/ML frameworks, tools, and pipelines.Present findings, insights, and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Required Experience & Skills**:

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with deep learning and neural networks.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
- Experience in handling large datasets, data wrangling, and using databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying ML models.
- Experience with model deployment frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow Serving, MLflow).
- Knowledge of software development best practices (e.g., version control, code reviews).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
