**Assistant Treasurer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks to support Group treasury operations and financial goal.**:

- **Optimize liquidity by ensuring adequate funding for operational needs.**:

- **Prepare accurate and timely short/long-term cash flow forecast and financial analyses.**:

- **Support execution of payments, foreign exchange (FX) transactions, and treasury reporting.**:

- **Recommend and implement improvements in treasury processes and systems.**:

- **Verify expense reports and reconcile statements and payment records.**:

- **Handle payments to vendors and service providers and ensure payment terms are correctly applied.**:

- **Review and negotiate vendor/service provider agreements to secure favourable terms.**:

- **Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.**:

- **Assist with internal and external audits.**:

- **Perform other duties as assigned by the superior or management.**

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field.**:

- **2-3 years of relevant experience in treasury, banking, or financial operations.**:

- **Experience working with banks and external auditors is preferred.**:

- **High level of integrity and professionalism.**:

- **Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with external partners and internal teams.**:

- **Team player with flexibility and willingness to support cross-functional responsibilities when needed.**:

- **Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.**:

- **Able to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.**:

- **Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.**:

- **Immediate availability is an advantage.
