The company is looking for an experienced supply chain professional to join the team at corporate HQ in Singapore:
**Position**:Manager - Supply Chain Strategy & Development (Apparel)

**Responsibilities**
- Identify Sourcing and Supply chain needs of all SBUs through the process of Long-Range Plans Leadership directions to build Strategic Initiative
- Build the High-level Road Map for Strategy Build and Execution
- Work in Collaboration with Divisional Teams and Functional Teams (Build Back Better, Digital, Lean, Divisional S& SC) which are key stakeholders to help build the Strategic Initiatives
- Ensure accurate mapping of current state, future state and key measures of success.
- Map resources/budgets and project proposals depending on the need
- Lead the Initiatives execution process and identify critical roadblocks and enablers.
- Propose Organizational change process in building Long Term capabilities in terms of Key Performance Matrix
- Engage with Strategic and Non-Strategic Suppliers in driving the Strategic Agenda
- Ensure the volumes for key Raw Material categories are forecasted and secured with suppliers to reduce capacity bottlenecks and disruptions to operations.
- Supply Chain Operational and Performance cost efficiency
- Map end-to-end Supply Chain critical cost points to improve costs such as Cost of failure, Inventory etc.,
- Implement an operational vendor Performance Scorecard to monitor and report vendor performance in the areas of delivery, quality and other operational performance indicators.
- Identify vendors with repetitive and chronic operational failures and deploy mitigation plans to minimize the impacts to operations.
- Facilitate and lead Strategic connects with selected strategic vendors
- Design the supply chain vendor base of the future though development of the supplier canvas for the total Raw Material buy, including strategically grading vendors into tiers
- Design and implement Hoshin and Non-Hoshin KPIs across divisions to drive supply chain excellence and periodic monitoring & reporting.
- Lead projects to develop supply chain capabilities such as synthetics etc.
- Update Supply Chain Risk Register and develop/implement mitigation plans
- Develop tools and processes to ensure procurement compliance at a PO level to minimize value erosion.
- Work with data and digital teams to develop and maintain required dashboards and data sets to achieve supply chain strategy deliverable.
- Improve organization competencies through Talent Development, coaching and training.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering from a reputed University. Post-graduate specialization in Supply Chain Management preferred.
- High level of understanding of the international Supply Chain Strategy, Management and Development, preferably in apparel, sportswear, têxtiles, garment accessories or related sectors.
- Exposure to Supply Chain Consulting, Strategy, Digitalization, Solution Architecture and Rollouts
- Ability to energise, lead and influence cross-functional internal and external teams.
- Remove barriers to change by working with and through other colleagues to create a shared vision for the future.
- Proactive, self-motivated, organised and diligent with an attention to detail
- A starter and finisher, with an eye for detail and the ability to drive through solutions and deliver results.
- Strong interpersonal skills - diplomatic, discrete, trustworthy
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all levels both within the organisation and in external environment.
