Assistant Hospitality Manager
Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management
**What this job involves**:
Assist Hospitality Manager with catering events and to manage the day-to day F&B operations in a professional manner while meeting client needs.
Need to be culturally sensitive, and perform work ethically and with integrity.
Engage caterers and constant update on the menus.
Ensure payments to all vendors are being paid promptly.
Follow policies and procedures in order to complete tasks efficiently.
Responds to requests for information, service, and assistance in a timely manner.
Strives for continuous improvement and acts on customer feedback to improve service levels
Enjoys constant interaction and thrives in a diverse and dynamic workplace.
Actively support an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
To guide and supervise the staff under his/her charge.
To conduct performance appraisal for the staff under his/her charge.
To ensure leave monitoring system is in place and to provide adequate staff coverage.
To participate/organize/conduct Department briefings and team meetings.
Ensure Operations procedures are followed to ensure service standards are maintained
Monitoring of guidelines and strategies to protect health and safety of staff and others, protect Client and Jones Lang LaSalle reputations. Report any issues or concerns back to Management.
Pro-actively manage Client expectations ensuring that the service levels are maintained.
Provide input as required into the Monthly Report to Client
Active involvement in the monitoring and achieving the required Key Performance Indicators
Good Knowledge of the Client protocol
