Job Description - Project Manager (ERP implementation)

**Responsibilities**:

- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the project scope, timelines, reviews and quality assurances.
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
- Effective stakeholders’ management
- Delivers engaging, informative, well-organised presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Project/program management experience of complex Sales, People or Financial Transformation program experience in a large organisation or MNC is preferred.
- Experience in negotiating with external vendors, including negotiating contracts, prices, resolving service issues and reconciling differences preferred.
- Ability to effectively manage diverse management, business and IT stakeholders.
- Experience in implementation of SAP S4 is highly advantageous
