**As a Technical Program Manager at Presto**

We are seeking a motivated Technical Program Manager with expertise in financial product development or fintech product development to join our team. You will excel in innovating and managing the development of B2B flow business products, including client facing dashboards.

With strong project management abilities, you'll develop financial products alongside business developers and traders, and manage the lifecycle of the product. In this role, you will lead the project management cycle for enhanced client interface and efficient onboarding, ensuring our solutions stay competitive and meet our clients’ needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and develop B2B financial product lifecycle that meets clients’ and internal teams’ needs.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, trading teams, product managers and senior management to understand the requirements of releasing client dashboards and features.
- Manage cross-functional project coordination among stakeholder teams.
- Develop reports to track scope, schedule, risks and overall project status.
- Solicit new business opportunities and new product ideas to enhance product base by providing value-added solutions.
- Understand and communicate the competitive position of the product to stakeholders and provide solutions for enhancement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in product management.
- Exceptional project management capabilities with experience handling multiple complex projects.
- Experience in digital financial product development or fintech product development and client servicing tools
- Experience in managing processes with distributed teams in a global setting.
- Strong proficiency in English

**Preferred**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and lead projects from start to finish.
- Good analytical, quantitative, interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in traditional finance sector or fintech industry
