- Maintain consistent standards of care
- Provide administrative and technical support for the management and operation of the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and other related systems.
- Assist Laboratory staff with issues related to LIS and other related systems.
- Work closely with LIS vendors and various Synpaxe teams on systems related matters.
- Coordinate with other LIS officers on cross-institutional systems related matters.
- Perform laboratory tests on analysers that are interfaced to LIS according to Operation Guidelines (OPG).
- Perform appropriate QC/ calibration and troubleshoot QC/ calibration failure.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of analyser/ equipment malfunction and interface problems.
- Maintain and manage workload
- Perform laboratory tests and report results within turn-around time (TAT).
- Update external laboratory results into LIS.
- Assist in clinical practice improvement of quality improvement activities/projects

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Good attending skills, typing and computer skills. Possess a non judgmental attitude.
