**Responsibilities**:
1) Support syndication loan agency, security agency services to all segments that the Bank is appointed as Facility Agent, Security Agent &/or Account Bank.
2) Processing and monitor day to day processing of syndication loan administration, drawdown, rollover, rate fixing, billing, prepayment, fee calculation, payment and document safe-keeping and filing arrangement.
3) Liaise with Legal Counsels, Finance Parties and Borrower for drawdown or rollover
4) Ensure all terms and conditions precedent of facility agreement are met before execution of any requests from borrower.
5) Ensure all required covenants are provided as per the provision of the Facility Agreement
6) Co-ordinate / Participate in various enhancement projects in the department, such as system enhancement or ad-hoc projects.
7) Manage system problems and rectify impacted accounts.
8) Support system enhancement and submit user requirements for improvements.

Requirements:

- 1) Some experience in Loan Administration and Operations, especially with Syndication Loans and Agency roles
2) Some knowledge in finance documents
