Contracts Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Review the Group’s contractual documents and to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Drafting of contractual documents (e.g. Service Agreement, Tenancy Agreement, Letter of Intent, etc.)
- Assist with the preparation of all reporting requirements within the Group.
- Maintain contracts database.
- Provide advice and support to internal customers.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Law, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience (Contract Management/supporting legal department) preferred.
- Must have a strong attention to detailS
- Well organised as the job revolves around the completion of documentation in an organised manner able to be viewed and easily understood by the management
- Good written and interpersonal communications skills.
