This is an incredible opportunity to be a part of the core management team, helping to plan and produce destination events throughout Singapore, as well as internationally. This role requires an extremely type A person with a passion for detail, spreadsheets, logistics, and critical thinking.

The job of an event stylist is to deal mostly with the operational aspects of an event, responsible for bringing your vision to life. Must create visual displays and refine aesthetic details to create the right look and feel for our clients.

**_Requirement: _**
- Hands-on experience with creating and setting up event decor and a portfolio of your work to showcase to potential clients.
- Need excellent organizational skills and an eye for aesthetics.
- Duties and responsibilities include meeting with clients, building centerpieces, creating floral arrangements, setting up lighting, and planning all aspects of an event’s decor.

- Must have a strong background on event styling & production

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Gathering information about the client’s objectives, budget and preferences
- Providing advice about food and bar menus, decor and entertainment
- Creating schedules of all activities for staff to follow during events
- Communicating with all vendors and suppliers before, during and after the event
- Managing the budget to ensure the event doesn’t cost more than originally planned
- Handling problems that arise to help the event go off smoothly
- Overseeing servers, kitchen staff, cleaning crews and other workers who will set up for, work during or clean up after the event
- Ensuring that events comply with insurance, health and safety standards
