Drive infra project life cycle - Server provisioning, Server Migration, Server OS upgrade etc.
- Work with infra and app teams on requirement gathering to implementation.
- Review and analyze infrastructure architecture and identify the gaps.
- Perform OS patching and other administration tasks for cloud projects
- Guide app team to troubleshoot infra related issues.
- To manage, configure and maintain all installed systems and infrastructure
- To provide technical support for Infrastructure and Operations which include change management, problem management, configuration management, capacity management and disaster recovery
- To be responsible for a variety of operating systems including middleware, storage solutions and VM, to ensure ongoing security and resiliency of the infrastructure

- To establish and support technical policies and procedures (where applicable)
- Operation & Process:

- Prepares technical project plans for new initiatives in BAU
- Collaborates with Application teams and other infra teams to develop technical solutions and enhancements.
- Hands-on experience with latest SCCM technology (e.g. OSD, Patch Management, Reporting, Application deployment etc.)
- Experience with SCCM Current Branch preferred, implementing and upgrading.
- Working knowledge of SCCM and the latest Windows Operating systems
- Working knowledge of Print Infrastructure (Lexmark, Ricoh) and Remote Support Infrastructure
- Experience with Active Directory Group Policy (GPO) to administrate user endpoint and client software configurations
- Maintain Security:

- In accordance with Bank’s security directives, assists to deploy, maintain, and enhance the security of all infrastructure systems through administrative, preventive, detective, and reactive controls, such as change and configuration management, anti-virus measures, patch management, and system scans.
- Requirements
- At least 4-7 years of relevant Infrastructure support and OS administration
- Hands-on experience in OS patching, administration and powershell scripting.
- Good command in Microsoft Office products.
- Must have good communication and writing skills.
