**Profile**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Logistic Executive**to support our fast growing operations team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient stock management, timely procurement, and seamless distribution of mobile devices across our stores.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Performed inventory checks by counting and inspecting mobile phones upon arrival.
- Reset phones and ensure they are labeled and packaged appropriately.
- Enter phone details into the internal system.
- Allocating and arranging the delivery of phones to different stores.
- Processed returns, sorted inventory, and managed stock regularly.
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure on Order stock and confirm delivery dates.
- Compare costs to identify the best purchasing deals.
- Maintain pricing fairness with waste cost reduction.
- Purchase planning entails analyzing sales data to determine optimal buying quantities and timing.
- Prevent inventory imbalances by planning purchases to maintain optimal stock levels.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Strong administrative and detail-oriented
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and systems
- Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM)
