Order Fulfillment Specialist

**Job Summary**

If you are looking for a new opportunity in the field of Order Entry, Emerson has an opening for you We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist for our Flow Controls Business Unit who will act as a liaison to ensure accurate and timely administration of orders and all associated tasks to meet contract obligations.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Raise purchase order, monitor and expedite delivery with other factories and external suppliers
- Review supplier’s acknowledgement to ensure order accuracy
- Review spare parts, order, replenish, handle parts for SEAT customer and Singapore service center
- Provide timely and accurate shipping instructions to Store and Logistic teams for relevant orders
- Raise Invoicing and Delivery Notes for shipment to customers

You quickly and decisively take action in fast-changing, unpredictable situations. You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with a business operation system (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is an added advantage
- A teammate with positive attitude and a sense of urgency on priorities
- Pro-active, independent, able to work with mínimal direction
