Floor Associate

Low Tide is looking for a Floor Associate with a personality that can provide excellent and unforgettable service. We are all about creating tropical escapism with our personalised service and eclectic communal atmosphere while championing SouthEast Asian influences in our innovative cuisine and beverages.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Learn and be able to articulate all our food and drinks
- Deliver service according to our steps of service and manage your stations well.
- Run food and drinks, and maintain table cleanliness throughout service.
- Provide helpful and knowledgeable service while nurturing an unforgettable guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the venue (floor and bathrooms) according to SOPs
- Learn and build rapport with our regulars and VIPs.
- Be able to use our Reservation and POS systems (Sevenrooms and Revel.)
- Ensure all service items (napkins, printer rolls, cutleries, toilet rolls etc.) are well-stocked throughout service.
- Attend industry events as part of training and networking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
