Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design, development, and testing of electronic/mechanical/optical systems (depending on specialization).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external parties to ensure project deliverables meet specifications.
- Perform POC, prototyping, and validation of design concepts.
- Prepare technical documentation (schematics, CAD models, test reports, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project development.
- Manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met efficiently.
- Continuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Diploma, bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
- Technical Skills (preferred):

- Electronics Design: PCB design (Altium, KiCad), embedded systems, analog/digital circuits.
- Mechanical Design: CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), FEA, material selection, prototyping.
- Optics Design: Lens design (Zemax, Oslo).
- Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory):

- Prior internship or academic projects in relevant fields.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
