- Supervise and perform physical and chemicals analysis of our raw materials, intermediates and finished products
- Trouble-shoot, investigate and rectify analytical and quality issues
- Operate, trouble-shoot and maintain our lab equipment such as ICP OES, Auto-Titrators, Particle Size Analyzer, density meter, pH meters etc.
- Conduct research work and lab scale products development so as to improve existing products quality and create new product lines
- Documentation of lab equipment, testing methods and results for regulatory and quality compliance
- Create risk assessment, standard operating procedure (SOP), analytical method development, transfer and validation as part of quality and safety management systems
- Manage general administration of the lab which includes purchasing of lab equipment, chemicals and apparatus
