The **Regional Training Director **develops Education and Retail Development strategy, tools, organization for all APAC countries (20 including China, Japan, Korea, India) to support growth and revenues objectives ensuring consistency across Markets and Global business strategy. You will work closely with Global Training team, Distributors Training teams, Subsidiaries training teams and the APAC Regional team.
- Creates, develops and manages a clear Education & Retail Development strategy for the Region aligned with the Global Vision, Regional objectives and Brand DNA
- Has a strong focus on key Markets to deliver action plans, guidance and suggestions to drive business
- Plans, develops and manages all Training programs and material, tools, scripts for all channels
- Travels to the Markets to support Trainers and to identify additional Market needs
- Mentors, coaches, develops and supports all Training Managers in the APAC Region to deliver best-in-class instore/ classroom trainings
- Conducts regular Assessments of Trainers to ensure ongoing development
- Fosters a collaborative relationship with all to ensure all feedback/ comments are captured to create tools, materials, initiatives
- Supports all recruitment with GM’s / Trainers for all Training positions by recommending talent/ support during recruitment process ensuring mínimal vacancies across the APAC region
- Manages, monitors and provides regular monthly reporting on all activities, KPI’s, Programs within Education and share with the APAC Region and Global Education Team
- Manages budget in line within P&L for all Education and T&E costs

We are looking for:

- 10+ Years of experience in Education and Retail for Beauty / Fashion brands
- Knowledge of Asian markets and distribution (department stores, standalone boutiques, Travel Retail)
- Able to speak Mandarin and any other Asian language due to market of responsibilities where training is required.
