- Investigating turbulence dynamics and coherent flow structures induced by extensive marine infrastructure coverage.
- Experimental measurements and numerical simulations using advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH) techniques.
- Assessment of structural stability and environmental impacts associated with coastal protection measures and related renewable energy infrastructures.
- Develop custom software for data integration and visualization of simulation outputs.
- Conduct field experiments in the coastal environment to collect good quality data.

**Job Requirements**
- Applicants should have a master’s degree in civil engineering or related areas with emphasis on experimental testing on wave-structure interactions, hydrodynamic modelling, integration of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) methods with physics-informed data-driven approaches, advanced modal decomposition techniques, or relevant topics.
- Strong written and spoken communications.
- Open to fixed-term contract.
