Scrum Master

**Job Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Primary Skill: Application Programming
- 3 years as relevant experience Scrum Master and/or 3 years as Functional Lead / Build Lead to a multi-disciplinary team
- Leadership & Management experience
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, build and test (unit testing, SIT and UAT)
- Preferably with prior system implementation leadership experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem and multi-tiered development.
- Experience in one or more of the following preferred:

- .NET
- Angular
- Microservices
- Functional expertise to pick up and understand domain related knowledge swiftly.
- Understand Agile Delivery Methodology Problem solver - has insight and experience to facilitate resolution of technical, functional or people related issues.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that goals, functional and technical scope are understood by everyone in the squad.
- Manage and understand product backlog and sprint backlog, understand priorities set by Product Owner.
- Track and drive squads progress to ensure scope is delivered on time and at sufficient quality.
- Identify and remove impediments to the squad's progress.
- Lead scope discussions in collaboration with squad BAs and effectively manage and control change.
- Dependency tracking and management within squad and across agile teams.
- Be accountable for quality of sprint delivery, track, and drive bugfix velocity, balance priorities between bugfix and new feature development, identify opportunities to improve quality.
- Help squad and POs understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
- Conduct daily standups with product owners and squad members.
