About Industry Development, Technology & Innovation Group
The key focus of the Industry Development, Technology & Innovation Group (IDTIG) is developing a thriving sport and fitness ecosystem to boost Singapore to be the City for Sports and Fitness in Asia. We partner key stakeholders in achieving these sporting, social and economic outcomes. This involves developing market opportunities, new capabilities and enabling synergies through strategic partnerships and major sport, fitness, and relevant MICE events.

**What you will be working on**
- Job Requirement:
For this role, you will be reporting to the Team Lead / Division Head. Your key responsibilities include - Identify viable and attractive sports, fitness and relevant MICE events that bring social, sporting, and economic impacts to maximise the Government resources and investments
- Formulate strategies and roll out support schemes to cultivate partnerships with International Federations and Rights Owners to bid / secure suitable sports, fitness, and relevant MICE events to be staged in Singapore
- Project-manage supported events that are assigned under Officer’s portfolio from contracts / agreements development and execution, deliverables monitoring and tracking to reporting event performances to relevant stakeholders

**What we are looking for**
- We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile. This individual should preferably be a sport and fitness advocate who leads an active lifestyle and wants to be involved in growing the sport events and fitness industry and building a vibrant events calendar that position Singapore as the Sporting Hub in Asia.

- At least 6 years of relevant experience in sports business/management, events strategy development, partnership development, account management or related role.
- Strong concept creation and analytical skills
- High level of passion in sport and fitness
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment, and be a change champion
- Resourceful and innovative
