**ABOUT THE ROLE
As we are starting our growth trajectory and strive to be a customer-centric organisation, we are looking for visionary, results-driven individuals to co-create, lead and execute our business strategy, scaling in size, opportunity, and markets. As CTO, you will be in the critical position to influence and shape the technology stream, leading the engineering team and working closely alongside the CEO and CPO defining strategic priorities & delivery.

The focus is to ensure our customers are provided with a user-friendly and consistent digital experience by delivering quality and reliable tech solutions. You will be responsible for working with our development team, optimising existing features and developing new ones. You will be reporting to our CEO to assist with successful product delivery and achieving stakeholders expectations. The person who is successfully engaged for this role will get the chance to drive real change within the business and scale it to new heights while being equally compensated the whole way through.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO & WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Realise Tribe’s vision of building and launching the best product leverage on rock solid technology, making product Tribe’s competitive advantage.
- Formulate overall Tribe technology strategy and roadmap and work with each stakeholder to effectively deliver according to the overall strategy while establishing a metrics-driven framework to evaluate measurable objectives.
- Structure our technical team to grow over the next 6, 12, and 24 months and engage in recruitment and training of new developers.
- Closely manage our developers in day-to-day operations and their progress with our roadmap and their milestones and projects. Provide key expertise, and set performance goals.
- Monitor KPIs and budgets to assess delivery and performance
- Look to integrate other systems with our platform and show innovation in regards to integration of outside systems with our platform.
- Develop a deep understanding of the platform and build frameworks to assess and solve technology-based challenges over time.
- Monitor management of all hardware, software, databases and licenses, maintenance, and projections of future needs.
- Have the foresight to formulate the technical vision and development of Tribe for the next five years, but also have the ability to execute short term initiatives.
- Stay in-tune with the latest tech and product trends and developments around the world and constantly aware of new, innovative resources and being able to build and continue to utilise best options and strategy for the business.
