Program Manager, Organizational Resilience, Data Center Operations

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in organizational development, learning and development, change management, or a related field, with a focus on building organizational resilience.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in infrastructure operations, supply chain/operations, data center operations, manufacturing, or technology based business units.
- Experience supporting workforce planning and new data center site launches.
- Knowledge of skill reinforcement in the flow of work utilizing AI and procedures.
- Understanding of resilience principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Passion for promoting resilience and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, draft, and manage an annual learning and development strategy focused on organizational resilience for all APAC locations.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of engaging and effective training materials, leveraging various modalities (e.g., e-learning, video, AI, workshops, scenario planning exercises and simulations).
- Partner with the workforce strategy team to integrate organizational resilience principles into the planning and execution of new APAC site launches.
- Drive the roadmap for establishing a regional Center of Excellence for workforce resilience in APAC.
- Develop frameworks, tools, and resources that can be leveraged across APAC to enhance individual and organizational resilience.
