- Day to Day manpower planning for Lab activates
- Cross-site lab equipment and processes validation
- Perform tool gauge R&R
- Lead and implement Kaizen, Lean & Digitalization projects
- Lab Document curatorship
- Assist in ISO 9K, 14K & 45K program
- Plan and manage lab budget

**Individuals who will do well in this role usually possesses**:

- Able to work 8 hours shift.
- Commitment to perform job according to work instructions and procedures.
- Ability to work in a systematic manner and withstand occasional workload & schedule pressure.
- Possesses positive attitude, outspoken and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willing to participate in production operation activities whenever required.
