**Retail Sales Associate** plays a crucial role in achieving sales targets, maintaining store appearance, and contributing to the overall success of the retail business.

You will also
- Greet customers who pass by or walk through the door in a friendly and approachable manner, and provide them with exceptional customer service
- Be an expert in our products and in footwear in general, and provide honest recommendations to help customers find the right product and best fit
- Follow up on customer orders and make sure all orders are properly fulfilled
- Provide insights about operational processes, customer complaints, and product issues promptly
- Answer all customer inquiries correctly and maintain good relationships, especially with loyal customers
- Organise stocks in the storage room, manage inventory list, and help keep the retail stores clean and organized at all times
- Continuously update knowledge of new arrivals and trends within the footwear industry
- Help colleagues and operations team whenever needed
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks whenever needed

**Retail sales experience highly preferred but not required**

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
