- Develop lesson plans tailored to group learning dynamics and implement effective classroom management strategies.
- Create or source engaging teaching materials and resources to enhance the group learning experience.
- Teach music theory, aural skills, rhythm, and practical techniques with an emphasis on group performance and ensemble skills.Monitor and assess the collective and individual progress of group members, providing constructive feedback and detailed reports.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Diploma or higher in music, specializing in Cello as the principal instrument.

- **Communication Skills**: Strong command of English to effectively manage and engage with diverse groups of learners.
- **Flexibility**: Must be able to travel to different locations (schools) within Singapore.
- **Physical Readiness**: Comfortable transporting teaching materials like books and posters as needed.
