**Opportunity at a Glance**:
Scope of employment shall include:

- Reporting, Dashboards and KPI Delivery, Support and Maintenance
- Data Governance and Quality
- Ad-hoc Analytics

**Responsibilities**:

- Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization
- Respond to data and product related inquiries to support business and technical teams
- Responsible for developing and executing tools/reports to monitor and report on data quality
- Conduct in-depth review and find out root cause of bad data
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Conduct detailed data analysis on data used across business units to evaluate business processes and improve on/create new feature
- Provide expertise and translate the business needs to design; and develop tools, techniques, and metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization
- Provide training support for business units when needed.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- To handle tasks assigned by the Management

Completes other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Attention to detail as data analysis and reporting must be precise
- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
- Knowledge of SalesForce administration and reporting is highly preferred
- Excellent computing skills in office software including Excel (Formulas, Pivot Table, Data Management), Word (Mail Merge), PowerPoint and Outlook
- Fluency (speaking, reading and writing) in English and Chinese
- Knowledge of other Asian language(s) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A “Do Whatever It Takes” attitude to get things done - either to meet individual or team objectives/goals
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels within organization
- Ability to learn and understand ACAMS’s services and training offerings (Study of the ACAMS Coursework is required)
- Familiarity with banking and finance, training, financial institution regulation or compliance a plus
