**Job Description:
1. According to the policy, standards, and credit approval procedures, based on the business proposal and credit due diligence report, approve corporate credit limits and credit businesses within authorized discretional power. Make judgements on viability of credit cases, with approval oponions covering detailed credit plans and conditions. Make judgement on compliance of credit cases. Take responsibility for one's own credit approval decisions.

2. Lead research projects covering relevant industries, products, customers, and specific fields. Proactively participate in the making of credit policies. Issue expert opinion for cases in specific topics.

3. Summarize credit approval experiences, research results, conduct sharing and training to facilitate daily credit approval activity.

4. Complete other specific work arrangements by the department.

**Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above (finance, economy accountancy or related majors), skilled in financial statements analysis methods and understand bank related credit facilities.

2. More than 8 years experience of credit analysis, credit approval, corporate banking, or other credit relevant work is preferred.

3. Applicant with CFA, FRM and ACCA professional skills certificate is preferred.

4. Strong financial and credit risk analysis and management skills.

5. Strong communication skills, responsibility and team-work ability.

6. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese is required as incumbent is required to liase with Chinese counterparts from Head Office.

7. Good pressure resistance, can effectively handle multiple work at the same time, understand the bank's review requirements of financing products.
