The Customer Service Support will handle inbound calls focusing on first contact resolution while ensuring high customer service quality.

Training will be provided, with FAQ and knowledge sharing.

Work from home arrangement from 2nd month onwards, after 4 weeks of receiving training in office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
- Guide callers through simple troubleshooting, navigating the company website and usage of products or services.
- Ensure that 90% of calls are answered, and resolved with first interaction.
- Report Quality issues and Customer complaints to Service Engineer and Customer Service Executive.

**Requirements**:

- Able to communicate well in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Mandarin lannguage will be an added advantage to facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking customers.
