Job description:
Provide support to secretary and administrative team. Your role will involve assisting Chairman's secretary with administrative duties, coordinating and maintaining office records.
Reponsibilities:
- Handle travel arrangements - flight reservations
- Any other duties as required by the Chairman & CEO
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least diploma
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Well organized, meticulous and able to work with less supervision
