**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced **Salesforce Project Manager**to lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms. You will be responsible for managing project scope, timeline, budget, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction while driving adoption and business value from Salesforce investments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
- Coordinate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Provide regular status reports and updates to executive stakeholders.
- Drive user adoption and change management initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5+ years of experience**in IT project management, with at least **3 years managing Salesforce projects**.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities.
- Experience with **Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies**.
- Strong business analysis skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with regional/global teams.
- **Salesforce certifications**(e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, Salesforce Administrator or similar) are highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
