**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** System Integration & Testing**: Lead integration of AI modules and services into larger software systems and conduct comprehensive user testing and validation.
- ** MLOps**: Manage data pipelines and model lifecycle, ensuring robustness, reliability and scalability of AI services.
- ** Edge AI Applications**: Optimise AI models for low-latency, resource-constrained environments, ensuring real-time responsiveness and system efficiency.
- ** Continuous Innovation**: Stay at the forefront of generative AI, NLP, and multi-modal AI developments and drive continuous improvements. Propose and prototype new concepts to keep our capabilities state-of-the-art.
- ** Research and Development**: Collaborate with research partners and explore emerging trends in areas such as multi-agent systems, knowledge representation and AI validation and verification.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Driven with a strong foundation from, but not limited to, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and AI/ML.
- Practical experience in developing and deploying NLP, Speech or Generative AI systems, with strong software engineering fundamentals.
- A resourceful and unyielding self-starter who thrives in a fast evolving environment, with passion for taking ideas from concept to impactful solutions.
- A team player who values clean, maintainable code, robust documentation, and effective communication.
- An eager learner who is committed to upskilling and sharing knowledge to elevate the team’s capabilities.
- Ability to influence and lead technical discussions, driving programme success through effective communication and AI expertise.
- Familiarity with transformer-based models, ML frameworks, API development, version control (Git), and containerisation will be advantageous.
