INCIT is on the lookout for a passionate product manager for our sustainable manufacturing prioritization index (namely COSIRI) to significantly expand the global reach of our transformative portfolio elements.

**Overview**
As a **Product Manager for COSIRI (Consumer Sustainability Industry Readiness Index)**, you will be at the forefront of advancing a **state-of-the-art digital solution**that empowers industries to evaluate and enhance their readiness for **sustainability and digital transformation**. You will be responsible for **overseeing product operations, driving innovation**, and **fostering global industry engagement**. This role requires **passion and a deep understanding of sustainability standards**such as reporting frameworks, regional and governmental regulations, GHG measurement and categorization.

**Short-term Responsibilities**
- **Training Design**
Responsible for **designing and developing training programs**for INCIT, including
**Needs Analysis**:

- Conducting a needs analysis to identify the training needs of the organization and its employees.
**Course Design**:

- Designing training programs that meet the identified needs, using a variety of instructional methods and materials.
**Content Development**:

- Developing training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and assessments, that support the objectives of the training program.
**Program Evaluation**:

- Evaluating the effectiveness of the training program and making improvements, as necessary.
**Stakeholder Management**:

- **Training**
Responsible for **delivering training programs and training other trainers**to deliver those programs, including
**Delivery**:

- Delivering training programs and conducting examinations, ensuring that objectives are met and that participants are engaged and motivated. Will also do the training and exam if needed.
**Trainer Development**:

- Training other trainers to deliver the training programs, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to be successful.
**Facilitation**:

- Facilitating discussions and activities during training programs, encouraging participants to share their experiences and perspectives.
**Evaluation**:

- Evaluating the effectiveness of the training program and making improvements, as necessary.
**Mentorship**:

- Providing mentorship and support to other trainers, helping them improve their skills and develop as trainers.
- **Portfolio Management**
**Develop and implement strategies**for the management, growth, and optimization of INCIT’s products and systems. This can involve working closely with **cross-functional teams**to define goals, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources.
Will support in **business development**to get new clients and countries as customers and extend INCIT’s global presence.
**Provide technical guidance**to software engineers, developers, and other technical teams working on INCIT products and systems.
**Manage**the **development and delivery**of **new products add-ons**, ensuring they meet the required quality standards.
**Oversee**the **day-to-day operations**of **COSIRI**, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently and responding quickly to any issues that arise.
**Management**: Identify and manage risks associated with COSIRI, taking appropriate measures to minimize impact and ensure business continuity.
**Stakeholder Management**: Work closely with business leaders and other stakeholders to ensure that COSIRI business targets are aligned with INCIT business goals.
- **Strong in Marketing of Sustainability**
**Developing**and **executing comprehensive marketing strategies**to promote COSIRI sustainability initiatives globally. This includes creating **compelling content, managing digital marketing campaigns**, and **collaborating with sales teams**to drive adoption and engagement within the sustainability sector.
- **Business Development to Build Up Channel Partner Globally**
**Identifying, recruiting,**and **nurturing strategic channel partnerships**around the world to expand COSIRI's market reach and presence. This involves **developing partner programs, providing necessary training and support**, and **working closely with partners**to achieve mutually beneficial business growth objectives, in cooperation with the responsible regional account manager.
