Primary appointment - Plans and coordinates the IT Security awareness programs and communication in agency.
- Coordinates with auditors, vendors and stakeholders to perform system reviews on IT systems to ensure IM8 compliance and risk management processes. Average of major 3-5 audits yearly such as, IM8 Audit, Cyber Security Code of Practice (CCoP), Internal Audits.
- Leads IT security audits as the Point of Contact to collate information (RFI) from stakeholders and FM vendors, compile, facilitate audit fieldwork (3-6 months for major audit)
- Provides technical advisory for IT projects with regards to Cyber Security risks and works with system owners to improve IT security posture for customer
- Secondary appointment as Security Incident Response Officer as part of a team. Assists customer SIRM to develop security incident response, recovery plans and maintains the incident logs and process incident reports.
- Involves in cybersecurity exercises such as Cyber Ark/Cyber Star on a yearly basis.
