Creator Communities Manager, Apac

Our philosophy is to empower people to live their passions in a safe place, with relevant engagement, genuine transparency and a democratised value system. **Your Purpose** In your role as the regional creator representative for APAC, you are responsible for creator success across Asia and Australia, with a priority on Singapore and Indonesia. You will play a role in helping shape Aaqua’s proposition through a Creator lens. Identify potential new Creators, Artists and Influencers across Industries and our M.A.G.I.C. content verticals. **Your Focus** - Build strong relationships with our Creators and Artists, defining and co - creating opportunities for Aaqua to build awesome passion communities that are Creator led and inspired. - Play an important role in Aaqua’s Creator programme, by defining our Value Proposition across Creators, Artists and Influencers and accelerate growth of AAQUA and partners. - Facilitating 360 feedback and making it useful, valuable and actionable for the various domains and teams. - Work with cross - functional teams, especially the Purpose & Experience Team and Proposition Team, to share feedback on partner solutions, systems and tools. - Develop and deliver growth and activation plans, aligned to overall agreed priorities - Work with the Creator Team to develop specific Creator activation campaigns and amplify the Epics (events) and Originals (content) created and/ or curated by Community Management Teams. **Your Journey** Ideally your career journey to date will have given you experience in or exposure to the following: - You have 6+ years experience in social media, digital content, influencer marketing and the Creator space; from merchandise to digital content, events and partnerships. - Whilst responsible for Creator success across APAC, you will also be expected to think outside of these regions and work on initiatives that have global impact. - Comfortable with being directly responsible for the success of projects, end-to-end. Within your presentations, we will expect research, actionable insight and creativity. - Great team player; it’s important to not get stuck in your domain and to use your initiative to improve wherever you can and do it with a consultative, collaborative approach. - Experience in delivering successful solution - focused integrations for Creators across multiple markets. We value fresh ideas, divergent thinking and a solutions focused approach - Great network of contacts that can be immediately tapped into to deliver for AAQUA - Experience bringing campaigns to life with Creators, Artists and Influencers - Knowledgeable in how social media interactions, engagements and performance metrics currently work and all the opportunities to reimagine. **Your Knowledge** Given your epic background, you will have strong skills and great experience in the Creator space.
