Managed the Singapore Factory inventory efficiently by supporting GM and production employees through various SCM tasks related to the business and production. **Responsibility ** - Receipt of parts in the warehouse, physical check, and updating the inventory system within 1 day. - Marking and tagging using barcoding or a similar system within 1 day of receipt. - Reconcile with PO - Record short supply or rejections and advise GM for pursuance or closure in the system. - Issue items to production shift - in-charge - Accurate record-keeping in the system - Stocktake once a week - Arrange independent stock take by Quality Assurance Personnel. - inventory of tools and machines for production - Inventory of consumables in production and factory maintenance - Segregate hazardous consumables like glue, cleaning agents, etc. - Ensure the warehouse is secure. Report variation to GM. - Record services delivered to the factory by vendors if IT, electrical, mechanical, or civil. - Always keep the Store/ warehouse safe for use. - Duties as and when assigned by the GM. **Key Performance Indicator ** Zero Safety incident Zero remarks from factory MOM WSH inspector Production Supervisor satisfaction > 85% 100% compliance with the quality system and Scooterson quality and health policies. Zero delays in reordering parts from suppliers. Zero error in stock take. **Joint Accountabilities: ** Shall be committed to upholding and promoting Scooterson values including collective and personal responsibility to safety which may include various personnel safety KPI’s set by management. **Competencies: ** - Minimum ITC or VI in Mechanical or Electrical Vocation. - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in factory inventory management, electronic, electrical, or mechanical. - Computer literate. Should be practiced in word and excel. - Should have operated the inventory management module of a reputed ERP software/platform. **General Attributes**: - Collaboration: Develops cooperation and teamwork while participating in a group/ team, working toward solutions that generally benefit all involved parties. - Communication - Oral and Written: Effectively transfers thoughts and expresses ideas orally or verbally in individual or group situations. - Reliability: Demonstrates a high level of dependability in all aspects of the job.
