**Responsibilities**
Front office role on the Fixed Income Trading team in Singapore. You will be working in a dynamic and busy trading floor environment. You will be responsible for market making fixed income products viz interest rate swaps and bonds in Singapore with an individual PnL target. In addition, the role will involve the administrative tasks of the team, including trade data capture, analysis and communication of the data and analysis. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of these markets and also interact with clients. Our overarching goal is to develop the flow trading franchise in Asia and be universally regarded as best in class.
**Requirements**:
- Have prior experience in market making and trading fixed income markets in Singapore.
- Have a bachelors or master’s degree
- Have very strong analytical and communication.
- Will develop the confidence to work independently.
- Thrive working in high pressure environments. Able to communicate precisely under high pressure environment.
- Are very detail oriented, and can work accurately under time pressure.
- Are naturally curious, particularly about markets and global macro events. Have or can develop disciplined, decisive behavior/mindset (important for trading)
- Have the mindset and leadership of improving desk operation and trade analysis
- Have experience (academic or professional) with data interpretation and analysis; words, charts, tables, etc.
- English Fluency is essential
