**Responsibilities**:
**Human Resource**
- Manage training program for employees to ensure they have the relevant skills for their job.
- Administering training requisition, registration, evaluation, assessments, and record updating. Ensure the training flow is compliant to ISO standard.
- Assist with training related claims.
- Assist in new hire orientation - issuance of uniforms and new staff introduction in intranet.
- Perform SMO role for office and ensure all staff comply to Safe Management Measurement
- Managing workers’ dormitory matters (Check-in/out, food order, address updating)
- Monitoring and updating of ART results, assuming ART Supervisory role for office.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
**Administrative**
- Responsible for mail sorting, distribution, and courier services
- Handle on stationeries, pantry supplies and printed materials
- Minutes taking for Risk Assessment Meeting and other ad-hoc meeting
- Maintain proper record of all office keys
- Other admin related duties
**Requirements**:
- GCE “O” /”N” Level / Higher Nitec/ Diploma qualification
- Minimum 1 to 2 years work experience in administration and HR fields
- Able to work independently without supervision.
- Able to multi-task and is a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
