**ABOUT US**

NST Solutions Pte. Ltd. is a new technological solution startup based in Singapore. We strive to provide CRM solutions to help streamline sales, marketing efforts, customer service, accounting and management for companies.

**JOB PURPOSE**

The Chief of Executive (CEO) is the leader and is responsible for the success of NST Solutions Pte. Ltd.

The Board delegates responsibility for management and day-to-day operations to the CEO. He has the authority to carry out the responsibilities in accordance with the direction and policies established by the Board. The CEO provides direction and information to the Board as it carries out its functions.

**MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist the Board to determine the mission, vision, short-term and long-term goals of the organization.
- Assist the Board to monitor and evaluate the organization’s relevancy to compliance and effectiveness
- Represents the Board’s general philosophy on compliance profession
- Assist the Board articulate its role and accountabilities and that of its committees and individual members
- Keeps the Board fully informed on the condition of the organization and on all the important factors influencing it
- Provides general oversight of all organization’s activities, day-to-day operations, and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization
- Provides management and oversight of primary business lines
- Assures quality and organizational stability through the development and implementation of standard controls, systems, procedures and regular evaluations.
- Recommends staffing and financing to the Board and see the appropriate compensation structures are developed and maintained
- Regularly perform market analysis

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or other related disciplines
- At least 15 years of working experience with minimum 10 years of people management experience, experience in technology industry preferable.
- Outstanding project management and vendor management skills
- Strong business acumen, responsive, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, strong planning and execution capability
- Good leadership skills and a team player
- Excellent communication in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
