[What the role is]

This is a 2-year contract position as a Lecturer, Entrepreneurship in the School of Business & Accountancy.

**[What you will be working on]**

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
As a Lecturer, you will prepare and update teaching materials and conduct lectures, tutorials and workshops.

You will set and mark assignments, quizzes, common tests, term projects and examinations related to the module(s) assigned and keep records of student attendance and grades. You will also support student learning and development through student consultations and mentoring. In addition, you will be required to take on committee portfolio and ad-hoc projects that support the school’s mission.

**[What we are looking for]**
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital and social media marketing. Teaching experience will be an advantage.
- A nurturing mindset with passion for working with young adults and mature learners.
- Ability to use innovative teaching strategies to motivate learners.
- Competent to plan, develop and teach entrepreneurship modules and manage entrepreneurial initiatives and activities.

Additional pre-requisites that are advantageous:

- Ability to infuse digital marketing, technological trends impacting startups and/or entrepreneurial finance into the syllabus
- Experience in cross-cultural or international environment and access to industry partners/ networks
