**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the planning and implementation of project.
- Ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings and in accordance with contract specifications.
- Work with landlords on the schedules and building specifications.
- Review and update project progress report for management.
- Perform site inspection and establish moving plan.
- Liaise with sub-contractors / suppliers to ensure site activities are coordinated to be implemented within scheduled timeline.
- Coordinate with internal team on moving plan and requirements.
- Work with internal team and client to qualify processes and production related to the building move.
- Ensure the smooth completion of the project.
- Any other relevant tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Project Management in building projects.
- Good working attitude, committed and ability to meet tight schedules.
- Solid organization skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Have strong sense of responsibility and self-starting capabilities.
