The Securities Banking Senior Specialist provides supervision and guidance to Settlement/Transfer team in their daily operational activities covering Equities, Bonds, Structure Notes, Mutual Fund, Hedge Fund and Private Equity Fund. In addition, he/she will also be monitoring and undertaking Asian’s client transaction processes, working within agreed AAPL and Client policies and procedures.

**Your key tasks**
- Ensuring that all transactions (free and against payment) are processed correctly and settled in a timely manner.
- Control actions/coordination with clients, trade departments and custodians.
- Cash and security reconciliation
- Compliance with Services Level Agreements (SLA), KRI/KPI and keeping oneself abreast of market/regulatory changes.
- Ability to define test cases and ensure UAT is executed as required.
- Support in the development and implementation of technical improvements of Avaloq's core banking platform, participate in ad hoc projects.

**Qualifications**
- Banking Operations knowledge and experience is required, as well as technology and solutions skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Avaloq Banking Suite, Clearstream Vestima, SWIFT, Bloomberg)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handles well in a stressful environment.
- A service-orientated team player, motivated to be part of a dynamic team.
- An independent and proactive worker with good communication skills

**It would be a real bonus if you have**
- Securities Transfer, Settlement and Corporate Action experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Avaloq Banking Core System
