**Job Summary**:
Assists with initial verification for identification and damage on incoming/outgoing receivers/shippers. Processes receiving/shipping documentation. Packages and processes shipments. Assists with maintaining inventory of shipping/receiving supplies.

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lift and carry cartons weighing up to 15kg and manage cartons in exceeds of 15kg utilizing available safety tools
- Places parts in proper location after identifying and verifying part numbers
- Uses a utility cart, identifies cartons by part number, uses a computer or laptop, cart, cycle counts product, hand scanner and PC.
- Picking and filling orders using a laptop computer or hand scanner. Print and batch pick tickets and prepare warehouse pull and return.
- Load and offload material to/from delivery truck, sort, reconcile, enter information into ERP system and prepare for counting process
- Matches paperwork to box and prepares orders for billing/shipping
- Operate warehouse forklift or picker truck to pull and return parts from inventory (if applicable)
- Operate company delivery vehicle for movement of materials between buildings and/or customer deliveries (if applicable)
- Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned

**Required Minimum Qualifications**:

- High School Qualifications / Equivalent
- 0-2 years of related work experience, warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry cartons weighing up to 15kg.
- Ability to manage cartons in excess of 15kg utilizing available safety tools.
- Ability to stand and walk on cement floors for long periods of time throughout the workday.
- Ability to fluently read, write and speak English
- Experience in operating material handling equipment
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Capable in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
