3 Degrees is looking for a Tech Lead, based out of our Singapore office. At 3 Degrees, aim to create a lasting positive social impact in the world. This platform focuses on connecting NGOs to Donors with exceptional engagement and reach. We want to allow NGOs to spread their message and raise funds using story driven content and our engaging community building features. Our mission is to create a place where everyone gives back.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- As the Tech Lead, you will guide 3 Degree’s overall technical development, be actively involved in the product strategy, and use your insights to align the tech team with the product roadmap.
- You will be deeply involved in the hiring of the team you require to grow this platform.
- As the team leader you will manage, mentor and provide technical leadership for a team of software engineers.
- You will be required to design and build the systems architecture in a scalable manner.
- Bring data, customer insights and design analytics together to develop an infrastructure dashboard.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- B. Sc or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions.
- 5+ years experience of Full Stack Web Development, with proven experience with JavaScript/HTML/CSS, frontend frameworks, database platforms, WebSocket and packaging frameworks like Webpack/Rollup/BaBel/AST/Gulp.
- Have experience running a small agile team and have familiarity with product and software development lifecycle process.
- Strong familiarity with functional and asynchronous programming, data structures and algorithms, continuous integration, data security and accessibility.
- Understanding of concurrency and message queue is a plus.

**Salary**: $2,171.46 - $8,000.00 per month
