Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Extract, acknowledge, review, request and circulate customer’s drawings, material specification, etc to

suppliers, customers and Glocom in-house personnel.
- Review, request compound & follow up RFQ related documents for Sales team review and approval.
- Ensure all RFQ submit within targeted lead time.
- Process, track and coordinate sample requests with supplier and customers.
- Maintain RFQ, ETF summary and others records in server for the delegated Sales unit.
- Calculate freight, handling cost & parts piece quotes for Sales team to review and approval.
- Prepare customer’s quotations for sales team’s approval followed by sending official quotes to customers.
- Create & filling for the sample request and Dynasty system related paperwork for NPI projects.
- Coordinate with all internal department for all NPI project documents related issue.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior, management.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years in a similar capacity
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and thrive on challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
