As an Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager you will:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges, recruitment needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies- Manage the recruitment and selection activities of multiple roles within the assigned market(s)-
- Build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally that contributes to strengthening the company and market brand- Initiate and drive recruitment strategies such as employer branding, internship, career fairs, career talks etc.- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the talent acquisition space with a focus on both experienced and early-career hiring- Ability to establish and build internal, and external client networks, developing and maintaining trust- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively- Proficient with Workday (ATS) will have an added advantage- Proactive, able to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
