Automotive Claims Executive

The Automotive Claims Executive is responsible for managing and processing automotive insurance claims. This role involves handling claims efficiently and effectively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The individual will liaise with customers, insurance adjusters, and repair shops to facilitate the claims process from start to finish.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers to file accident reports and explain the claim procedure.
- Assist customers to submit claims, follow up and liaise with insurance company regarding claims.
- Liaise with customer’s vehicle for repair & collection.
- Fleet control customer vehicles during their claim time.
- Provide customer service to existing and new customer.
- Manage claims / repair operation of the workshop.
- Source / enquire spare parts quotation for all repairs.
- Coordinate with owner / surveyor for survey and finalize all repairs.
- All ad-hoc duties are assigned by the supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years relevant working experience in Automotive Industry would be an advantage.
- Possess valid Class 3 driving license.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Great in adaptability, flexibility and customer service orientation.
- Able to work independently.
- Working Location: Jurong, Pioneer Point or Ang Mo Kio, Autocare
- 6 days’ work week
