**OUR CLIENT**

A local public listed company being established in Year 1992 with annual revenue of SGD565.5m (+9% growth) in Yr 2021. They manufacture intelligent system testing and handling solutions for semiconductor and electronics companies in Asia, Europe, and North and Central America. The operations is through Test Cell Solutions, Instrumentation and Contract Manufacturing. The company offers handling solutions comprising of system level, wafer level, and packaged level tests, test manipulators, test instruments and software. Other products/ services include TestPro multifunction cable tester, network service assistant, mixed mode multi-port vector network analyzer, and WideOptix-SR4 measurement system solutions.

**THE POSITION**

The **Electrical Engineer** **(TCS**) is responsible for the design of the electrical system plays a key role in the manufacturing site to accomplish the fulfilment and business of the company.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design of equipment electrical system, includes IO, motion control, safety interlocks, power distribution, etc.
- Ensure equipment electrical system meets semiconductor equipment safety standard
- Work with system engineers to define electrical system/subsystem design specifications
- Manage external vendor or contractors to deliver subsystems that meet design specification and reliability
- Design test plan, test setup, and performing test to ensure design meeting specification and safety
- Design diagnostic tools/fixtures for manufacturing and field services

**CANDIDATES PROFILE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent field with at least 3 years of working experience in electrical interlock and power distribution system design.
- Experience in Solidworks ECAS and AutoCAD is preferred
- Working experience in motion control systems
- Experience in semiconductor equipment industry or high prevision automation equipment industry is preferred
- Experience in practicing FMEA, Minitab, problem solving skills etc
- Experience in implementing PCB, frame grabbers, CCV, cap gage, A/D and I/O boards
- Strong diagnostic skills and capable of resolving electrical noise, grounding and signal integrity issues
- Expertise on power distribution for both AC and DC
- Familiar with tele-communication interface, Ethernet, CAN Bus, Serial Comm, USB, etc.
- Knowledge of automation and control loops
- Knowledge of designing and documenting cables
- Experience in safety and electrical regulatory compliance
