**Job Summary**

This role involves carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal operation of all electro-mechanical infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical systems, including diesel power generators, hydraulic equipment, and HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control faults across a wide range of systems and equipment.
- Overhaul and repair diesel engine components, hydraulic pumps, actuators, and HVAC units (e.g., compressors, blowers).
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate service reports on equipment status.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics for maintenance and repair work.
- Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Collaborate with other engineering and operations teams to reduce downtime and enhance system performance.
- Adhere strictly to safety and quality standards in all maintenance operations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
- Practical experience in diesel engine power plants, hydraulic systems, and HVAC systems.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills in both mechanical and electrical domains.
- Familiarity with HVAC components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control panels.
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance routines and safety protocols.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Physically able and comfortable working in field environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
