Our Risk Strategy team is on a mission to conquer fraud, managing end-to-end risk across every single Grab business vertical. We're a dynamic group, tackling challenges head-on to keep our ecosystem safe and sound.

**Get to Know the Role**

As a Senior Risk Strategy Analyst, you'll drive Grab's success by overseeing fraud loss and important risk metrics across regional business verticals. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to lead impactful initiatives ensuring seamless and trusted interactions for Drivers, Passengers, and Merchants.

You'll develop strategies, manage resources, and align department-level OKRs with teams like Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, and Product. Be a trusted leader in fraud risk across SEA, fostering a risk culture throughout the organisation.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Risk Strategy.

You will be onsite at Grab One-north office.

**The Critical Tasks You Will Perform**
- Understand the business environment and work with stakeholders to assess risks and build fraud protection for new product features.
- Analyse data reports to gain insights into user behaviours and potential risk trends.
- Translate these insights into risk strategies and roadmaps, ensuring delivery and execution by stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Policy Strategy, Product Management, and Customer Experience to build fraud detection engines, improve risk system functionalities, and optimize processes and workflows.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on team progress and highlight any bottlenecks.

**Qualifications** What Essential Skills You Will Need**
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in any discipline.
- Risk management expertise, in 1st or 2nd line of defence functions.
- 4+ years in relevant industry experience.
- Experienced managing senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Empathy for end-user experience and a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
- Deep dive into details while maintaining a high-level strategic perspective.
- Familiarity with setting up reporting metrics ie. Excel, SQL, or Tableau, etc.
